At BERGICE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (meal plans, guides, subscriptions), refunds are issued only if:

  • The product was not delivered

  • There is a technical issue preventing access

  • A duplicate payment occurred

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to follow dietary instructions

  • “Results not as expected”

2. Subscription Services

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but:

  • Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle

  • Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law

Requests are evaluated within 7 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment without contacting us first, we reserve the right to deny future services.
